We believe future urban development is inconceivable without the sustainable reuse of materials.

Our aluminium range of products use Cortizo recycled aluminium, one of the most sustainable high quality aluminium alloys available.

With more than 2,400 collection points of aluminium debris in Europe, CORTIZO RECYCLING transport the aluminium to the foundry to complete the cycle of a 100% reusable material with a low energy consumption in the recycling process (5% of primary consumption).

Using recycled aluminium allows for drastically reduced energy use in the production phase whilst still offering high-quality aluminium.

BRAINSTORM

Defining the requirements of the product(s) from CAD files to determine the materials and fabrication steps required to provide the client with a cost and timescale.

FABRICATION

From configuring the tooling and jigs required to make the components, to cutting the raw materials and installing multiple fittings to assemble the completed product(s).

DELIVERY

Once the product(s) are completed and packaged for delivery, the logistics will be arranged with the client to ensure it arrives on site when required.
